Ordinary Membership

1. Provide details on a separate sheet in case space on form is inadequate.
2. Make out cheque/draft in the name of Nepal-India Chamber of Commerce & Industry and send to the address given in the application form itself.
3. Any Nepalese firm, company or institution or organisation which is registered with the Government of Nepal and has industrial, commercial or economic dealings as well as professional relations with India including the field of services with an annual gross turn over exceeding Rs. 5 million duly certified by a grade 'A' Auditor (Chartered Accountant with minimum 5 years experience), can be an Ordinary Member of the Chamber.
4. A copy of Govt. of Nepal registration certificate and a copy of duly audited set of final accounts and Memorandum and Articles of Association of the applicant may kindly be attached.
5. Member's Information Sheet provided with Membership Application Form be completed and sent along with the Application.
6. A passport size photograph of the person representing to NICCI.
7. 2-3 Post Card size Photographs of your products / services / office premises / factory premises / special equipment / plant / machinery /farms etc which you would like to exhibit in the website of NICCI under "Members' Directory".

Co-Membership

1. Provide details on a separate sheet in case space on form is inadequate.
2. Make out cheque/draft in the name of Nepal-India Chamber of Commerce & Industry and send to the address given in the application form itself.
3. Any firm, company or institution or organisation which is registered with the Government of India and has industrial, commercial or economic dealings as well as professional relations with Nepal including the field of services with an annual gross turn over exceeding Rs. 5 million duly certified by a grade 'A' Auditor (Chartered Accountant with minimum 5 years experience), can be a co-member of the Chamber.
4. The representative or representative office, branch office based in Nepal of any industrial, commercial institution or organisation or a company of Indian nationality dealing together with the field of services with an annual gross turn over exceeding Rs. 5 million duly certified by a grade 'A' Auditor (Chartered Accountant with minimum 5 years experience), can be a co-member of the Chamber.
5. A copy of government registration certificate and a copy of duly audited set of final accounts and Memorandum and Articles of Association of the applicant may kindly be attached.

Associate Membership
